Accessible summary
Class days or times may be adjusted when three or fewer students attend. The studio director or instructor may ask a student to observe a lesson when appropriate.
Students age 11 and younger must be escorted into the studio and wait inside for pickup. Adults should make sure the student is with an instructor and in a lesson before leaving.
No gum, food, or drinks other than water are allowed in the studio. Parents are responsible for siblings who are not in lessons. No one may enter the dance space without a Dance With Us America instructor present.
The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Photographs and videos of students may be used for studio advertising and promotion.
The studio reserves the right to refuse service.
A registration form and waiver of liability must be completed for each student before lessons or trial classes.
A one-time $25 studio registration fee applies to each new student. Class placement is determined by the instructor or studio director.
Payment is due before the first lesson in a private lesson package. Private lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged in full, with possible exceptions for severe weather, illness, or emergencies.
Payment is due on the first day of each month for the upcoming month and is considered late on the fifth. Competitive group enrollment runs from September through May.

The studio accepts cash, checks, and Venmo. Credit cards are accepted with a 3% processing fee, and credit card autopay may be available.

Students must wear appropriate dance shoes and attire. Jeans are not accepted for lessons. Hair should be secured away from the face, excessive jewelry should be avoided, and dance shoes should not be worn outdoors.
Students should attend consistently, especially before performances. Families should notify the studio of absences. No credit is provided for missed lessons, and absences longer than three weeks without notice may forfeit a place in class while tuition remains due.
Private lessons should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance and may be available with senior, junior, or visiting coaches. Competitive students are required to take at least two private lessons each week in addition to group classes. Recreational students are encouraged, but not required, to take private lessons.
The studio announces planned local and out-of-state competitions. Participation is encouraged but not required. Competitive dancers should coordinate with their partner or coach, while recreational dancers should ask their instructor whether they are ready. Solo categories may be available.
Registration generally begins 30 days before an event. A $10 studio registration fee applies per student, per competition. Families are responsible for appropriate competition costumes and should consult current NDCA rules.
Showcases and recitals build confidence and performance experience. Participation is encouraged but not required. Showcase fees may vary by event; contact the studio for current pricing before registering.
The program is designed for students who want to compete or perform without a consistent amateur partner. Students must complete at least five lessons per style with their Professional or Mixed-Am coach during the month before the selected competition or showcase.
Students are responsible for their own registration, the coach's registration, and coach travel for out-of-state events. Listed coaching fees are $250 per style with a Professional coach and $100 per style with a Mixed-Am coach; contact the studio to confirm current pricing and available discounts.
Regular showcase pricing applies. Additional dance fees are listed as $10 per dance for students under 18 and $15 per dance for adults when dancing with a Professional or Mixed-Am coach.
